Ingredients:
- Palak ( Spinach ) - 5 Bunches
- Mushrooms - 250g
- Garlic - 1 Big Bulb
- Mustard Oil - 4 Tbsps.
- Mustard Seeds - 1/2 Tsp.
- Cumin Seeds - 1/2 Tsp.
- Dry Red Chillies - 3
- Green chillies - 3
- Curry Leaves
- Tomatoes - 2
- Red Chilli Powder - 1/2 Tbsp.
- Nutmeg Powder - 1 Tsp.
- Coriander Leaves
- Salt - As Required
- Onion - 2
- Firstly blanch the spinach, chop, and keep aside.
- In a pan add mustard oil and heat.
- When the oil gets heated, add mustard seeds, cumin seeds, chopped garlic, dry red chilies, and green chilies.
- Saute for a minutes till the garlic turns golden brown then add chopped onions along with salt and mix well.
- Saute till the onions turn brown.
- Then add curry leaves and turmeric powder and mix well.
- Then add mushrooms along with tomatoes and red chili powder and mix well.
- Saute for a while close and cook for about 2 minutes.
- When the mushroom releases water, add chopped palak mix well, and cook for about 10 minutes.
- Stir in between
- Then finally add nutmeg powder along with coriander leaves and serve hot and enjoy.
