Ingredients:
- Mushrooms
- beans - 5 to 6
- Carrot - 2
- Garlic - 1 Garlic Bulb
- Black Peppercorn - 10 ( Crushed )
- Coriander Leaves
- Oil - 2 Tbsps.
- Onion - 1
- Rice Water - Approx. 2 Cups
- Water - As Required
- Salt - As Required
Preparation:
- In a pan, add oil.
- When the oil gets heated up add crushed pepper, garlic and saute for about 2 minutes.
- When it releases aroma, add onions along with salt and saute till the onions change color.
- Then add chopped mushrooms and saute well.
- Cook the mushrooms well, then add rice water and boil for about 10 minutes.
- When the mixture is cooled down blend well and keep aside.
- In the same pan or another, add oil.
- When the oil gets heated up add chopped garlic and saute well till it releases aroma.
- Then add finely chopped carrots, beans, salt and saute well.
- When the vegetables are cooked half add finely chopped mushrooms and saute for about 2 minutes on high flame.
- Then add the blended mixture and bring it to a boil.
- Finally, add coriander leaves and serve hot, and enjoy the rich basmati-flavoured soup.
