Pesaru Pappu Tomato / Moong Dal Tomato is Split Yellow Moong Dal Cooked with Tomatoes. Can Serve this Dal with Roti / Rice.If You Had This Moong Dal In Combination With Ghee & Lemon Or With Tamarind Rasam(Pachi Pulusu) is the Superb Combination.


Ingredients:

·       Chopped Tomatoes
·        Red Chilli Powder
·        Chopped Green Chillies
·        Curry Leaves
·        Chopped Onions
·        Turmeric Powder
·        Ginger Garlic Powder
·        Kasoori Methi
·        Crushed Garlic
·        Curry Leaves

·        Red Chillies
·        Pesaru Pappu / Moong Dal

    Preparation:

    ·        Dry Roast 1 Cup Moong Dal / Pesaru Pappu And Keep Aside.Roasted Moong Daal
    ·        Wash the Roasted Dal With Water.
    ·        Then Add All Ingredients Tomatoes, Onions, Curry Leaves, Green Chilies, Red Chili Powder, Ginger Garlic Paste, Turmeric Powder, Oil & Salt And Pressure It For 1 whistles.
    ·        Note Whistles depends on Brand of Pressure Cooker.
    ·        Cooked Dal
    ·        Take Pan Add Oil Cumin(Jeera), Mustard Seeds(Avvalu)
    ·        Add Red Chilies And saute well
    ·        Then Add Crushed Garlic, Curry Leaves & Kasoori Methi.
    ·        Saute Till Garlic Becomes Golden Brown Colour Then Add Turmeric Powder.
    ·        Add Cooked Dal and 1 Cup Water and Cook for more 5 mins or till you get bubbles
    ·        Pesaru Pappu Tomato / Moong Dal is Ready
    ·        Serve With Roti / Rice, Onions And Lemon.

    • Roasted Moong Daal

    • Add Red Chilies And saute well

    • Add Cooked Dal and 1 Cup Water and Cook for more 5 mins or till you get bubbles


    • Cook For About 5 Minutes or Till Bubbles Comes

    • Pesaru Pappu Tomato / Moong Dal is Ready

    • Serve With Roti / Rice, Onions And Lemon.
