Mushroom Soup – With Detail Step By Step Photo And Video Recipe.

They Are Variety of Mushroom Soup. One Of Them Is Cream of Mushroom Soup. But, In My Recipe Am Showing You Basic Mushroom Soup, Which Is Very Easy and Tasty.

Soup Is like a Family, Where Each Ingredients Enhances The Other, & It Needs Time To Simmer To Reach Full flavour. When You Feel Lonely & Tried Try This, Mushroom Soup Of Joyfulness In Order To Make Life Tastier. 

Finally I Want To Highlight Some Of My Mushroom Recipes 



Ingredients:

  • Mushrooms – 5 (Cut Into Slices)
  • Onions – 1 Chopped
  • Garlic – 1 Tbsp. Chopped
  • Chili Flakes – 1 Tsp.
  • Pepper Powder – 1 Tbsp.
  • Garam Masala Powder – ½ Tsp.
  • Spring Onions (Green) – 1 Tbsp.
  • Coriander Leaves

Preparation:

  • In Pan Add oil.
  • Then Add Chopped Onions With Salt.
  • Saute Till Onions Becomes Light Brown Colour.
  • Then Add Chopped Garlic And Saute Till Garlic Turn Light Brown Colour.
  • Then Add Chopped Mushrooms.
  • Mushrooms Releases Water, Cook Till All The Water Evaporates.
  • When Mushrooms Are Cooked Well Add Water And Mix Well.
  • Bring to Boil And Boil 5 Minutes.
  • Then Stain And Separate Mushroom,Onions & Garlic From Water.
  • Blend 4 Mushrooms, Onions & Garlic To Paste.
  • Chop Mushroom to Very Fine Pieces.
  • In The Same Pan, Add Stained Water.
  • Then Add Mushroom, Onions And Garlic Paste With Water.
  •  Add Red Chilli Flakes, Pepper Powder And Salt .
  • Mix Well & Bring To Boil.
  • Boil For About 5 Minutes Then Add Garam Masala Powder, Spring Onions And Coriander Leaves.
  • Boil For More 2 Minutes.
  • That’s Its Easy, Tasty & Hot Mushroom Soup Is Ready To Serve.

Step By Step Procedure With Photo Of Easy Mushroom Soup

  • In Pan Add oil.

  • Then Add Chopped Onions With Salt.

  • Then Add Chopped Garlic And Saute Till Garlic Turn Light Brown Colour.


  • Then Add Chopped Mushrooms.

  • Mushrooms Releases Water, Cook Till All The Water Evaporates.

  • When Mushrooms Are Cooked Well Add Water And Mix Well



  • Bring to Boil And Boil 5 Minutes.

  • Then Stain And Separate Mushroom,Onions & Garlic From Water.
  • Blend 4 Mushrooms, Onions & Garlic To Paste.



  • Chop Mushroom to Very Fine Pieces.
  • In The Same Pan, Add Stained Water.

  • Then Add Mushroom, Onions And Garlic Paste With Water.


  •  Add Chopped Mushroom, Red Chilli Flakes, Pepper Powder And Salt .






  • Mix Well & Bring To Boil.


  • Boil For About 5 Minutes Then Add Garam Masala Powder, Spring Onions And Coriander Leaves.




  • Boil For More 2 Minutes.


  • That’s Its Easy, Tasty & Hot Mushroom Soup Is Ready To Serve.

Note:

  • Clean Mushrooms Before Cooking.
  • Mushroom Releases Water, Cook Till All Water Evaporates & Till Mushrooms Are Cooked Well.
  • Blend All The Mushrooms To Paste.But I Blended 4 mushrooms To Paste And Chopped 1 Mushroom Out Of 5 Mushrooms.
