Veg Macaroni Recipe - With Detail Photo And Video Recipe. Macaroni And Cheese Is The Popular Dish In North America, And Is Often Made With Elbow Macaroni.And The Same Dish Is Also Called As Macaroni Cheese.Macaroni Is A Variety Of Dry Paste.Usually Available In Different Shapes Done With Durum Wheat.They Are Many Cooking Procedure For Macaroni.In My Post Am Showing How To Make Indian Style Macaroni At Home.
Firstly Macaroni Is Boiled And Cooked In Water And Then Rinse To Remove Starch, And Served And Seasoned With Mixed Veggies.One Can Even Add Eggs /Chicken Along With Veggies .In My Recipes I Grated All the Veggies To Make my Recipes For Kids Favorite.Perfect Kids After School Snack With Many Vitamins And Nutrients.

In My Recipe I Added Crushed Garlic. After Adding the Tomatoes Because, This Makes the Pasta to Taste  And Gives Nice Garlic Aroma. If One Doesn't Like Garlic Aroma, Can Add Garlic After Curry leaves And Can Follow The Same Recipe.

Video Recipe of Veg Macaroni ( Indian Style )


Ingredients:

Cooking Pasta:

  • Macaroni - 1 Cup
  • Salt - 1 Tsp
  • Oil - 1 Tbsp.
  • Water - As Required

Cooking Macaroni Pasta Indian Style :

  • Oil - 2 Tbsps.
  • Onion - 1 Big Chopped
  • Salt - As Required
  • Curry leaves
  • Spring Onions ( Green )
  • Tomatoes - 3 Chopped
  • Red Chilli Powder - 1 Tsp.
  • Grated Potato - 2
  • Grated Carrot - 2
  • Finely Chopped Cabbage - 1/2 Cup
  • Crushed Black Pepper Powder - 1/2 Tsp.
  • Cooked Macaroni

Preparation:

Cooking Paste Preparation:

  • In Bowl, Add Sufficient Water And Bring To Boil.
  • Add Salt And Oil And Boil.
  • When Water Gets Boil, Add Macaroni Paste.
  • Stir Well And Boil.
  • Boil 10 Minutes.
  • Check If Paste is Cooked Well ( it Will Become Big & Soft )
  • Remove Water And Rinse With Cold Water.
  • Keep Aside For Further Use.

Cooking Macaroni Pasta Indian Style Preparation :

  • In Pan, Add Oil.
  • Add Chopped Onions With Salt And Saute 2 Minutes.
  • Then Add Curry Leaves And Saute 1 Minute.
  • When Onions Turns Light Brown Co lour, Add Chopped Spring Onions, Grated Potatoes, Grated Carrots & Finely Chopped Cabbage.
  • Mix Well.
  • Close And Cook For About 5 Minutes.
  • After 5 Minutes, Veggies Are Cooked Well ( Check potato )
  • Now Add Chopped Tomatoes, Red Chilli Powder And Crushed Pepper And Mix Well.
  • Then Add Crushed Garlic & Saute.
  • Saute Well till tomatoes Becomes Soft, Mushy And Releases Oil.
  • Then Add Cooked Macaroni Pasta And Mix Well.
  • If Needed Add Water As Required And Mix Well.
  • Close And Simmer For About 5 More Minutes.
  • Mix And Finally Add More Spring Onions And Serve Hot.
  • That's it Indian Style Veg Macaroni Pasta Is Ready To Serve.

Step By Step Procedure With Photo Of Macaroni Pasta Recipe

Cooking Paste Preparation:

  • In Bowl, Add Sufficient Water And Bring To Boil.


  • Add Salt And Oil And Boil.


  • When Water Gets Boil, Add Macaroni Pasta.


  • Stir Well And Boil.

  • Boil 10 Minutes.

  • Check If Paste is Cooked Well ( it Will Become Big & Soft)

  • Remove Water And Rinse With Cold Water.


  • Keep Aside For Further Use.

  • Now Add Chopped Tomatoes, Red Chilli Powder And Crushed Pepper And Mix Well.





  • Then Add Crushed Garlic & Saute.


  • Saute Well till tomatoes Becomes Soft, Mushy And Releases Oil.

  • Then Add Cooked Macaroni Pasta And Mix Well.



  • If Needed Add Water As Required And Mix Well.

  • Close And Simmer For About 5 More Minutes.

  • Mix And Finally Add More Spring Onions And Serve Hot.
