  • Grated Cabbage - 1 Cup

  • Chopped Onions - 2 Big
  • Mango Pickle ( Aavakaaya ) - 4 Tbsps.
  • Aloo Bhujia - 1 Cup
  • Coriander Leaves

Preparation:

  • In Bowl Add Puffed Rice ( Murmura ).
  • Then Add  All The Vegetables Like Cabbage, Carrot, Tomatoes, Onions And Mango Pickle.
  • Mix Well.
  • Mix & Crush All The Tomatoes.
  • Mix Till Puffed Rice Is Soft.
  • Remove The Mango Pit From Mango Pickle And Mix
  • Finally Add Coriander Leaves And Mix.
  • Achari Bhel is Ready.
  • While Serving The Achari Bhel, Add Aloo Bhujia / Sev On Topping.
