Muskmelon Lassi | Kharbuja Lassi Recipe - With Detail Photo And Video Recipe.Lassi Is Popular Traditional Yogurt / Curd-Based Drink From the Indian Subcontinent. Lassi Is Usually A Blend of Curd,Water,Salt, Spices And Sometimes Fruits.

Traditional lassi Usually Prepared With Yogurt, Water, Cumin Powder And Salt. When We Want To Have Some Sweet Flavor Lassi , We Usually Add Sugar Mixed With Some Fruit. They Are Different Types Of Lassis Like Sweet Lassi, Mango Lassi & Bhang Lassi.In My Post Am Sharing Muskmelon Lassi. As The Muskmelon Contains More Water Contents It Helps Us In A Hot-Weather Refreshment, Mostly Taken During Afternoon At Lunch Time.

Lassis Are Enjoyed Chilled During Summer Season.In My Muskmelon Lassi Contains Muskmelon, Yogurt/Curd, Sugar & Cardamom.While Serving, Serve Chilled By Adding Finely Chopped Cashews ( Any Dry Fruits Like Almonds, Pistachio ) On Top. This Will Give Superb Taste.

  • Muskmelon - Small Size
  • Sugar - 2 Tbsps.
  • Curd / Yogurt - 1 Cup / 180 g
  • Cardamom - 3
  • Cashews - 2 Tbsps.

Preparation:

  • Firstly Cut the Muskmelon Into Half.
  • Removes Seeds .
  • Now Cut The Melon Into Small Pieces.
  • Take One By One And Remove Skin And Chopped Into Small Pieces.
  • Now Add Everything To Blender.
  • Muskmelon, Sugar, Cardamoms, Curd / Yogurt And Blend To Smoothly.
  • Transfer This To Glass.
  • When Serving Add Cashews On Top & Enjoy.
