Mutton Curry - With Detail Photo And Video Recipe.Mutton Curry Is Also Called As Kosha Mangsho | Lamb Curry. Kosha mangsho Is A Bengali Version Prepared In A Kosha Style. Different Types Of Mutton Curry Are There, Mutton Rogan Josh , Mutton Fry , Dhaba Style Mutton Curry.

In My Post Am Sharing The Mutton Curry Done With Dry Coconut Masala Gravy. Adding Dry Coconut And Poppy Seeds Gives Medium Consistency But Taste Superb. This Recipe Goes Well Either With Rice Or With Roti/Naan.Chapathi.

Firstly To Prepare Any Non-Veg Recipes, Non Veg Should Be Cleanly Wash &Then Marinate. Marination Gives Different Taste As Well As The Texture Of Non-Veg. Marinated Mutton Should Rest For 1 Hour ( optional ). It Is Usually Prepared Using Pressure Cooker / Slow Cooker.

Mutton Curry Can Also Be Prepared By Adding Any Vegetables. In My Recipes I First Marinated The Mutton And Then Pressure Cooked The Mutton. Then Seasoned With Dry Coconut Masala Paste.

Finally I Want To Highlight Some Of My Non- Veg Recipes.
