Carrot Fry | Kids Friendly Carrot Curry - With Detail Photo And Video Recipe. Usually Carrots Are Mostly Used In Fried Rice, Juices Or To Do Sweet. But Carrot Curry Also Tastes Good And Super. Do It Once It Will Become Your Kids Favorite Curry For His/Her Lunch Box.


Firstly Clean And Peel The Skin Of The Carrots & Chop Finely.Carrot With Crushed Garlic Is The Superb Combination. The Aroma We Gets When We Add Garlic Makes Us To Eat More And More.
This Is One Of The Simple And Easy Recipe.

One Can Make This Curry With Simple Ingredients.

Ingredients:

  • Carrots - 500g
  • Mustard Seeds - 1 Tsp.
  • Cumin Seeds - 1 Tsp.
  • Green Chillies - 5 Chopped
  • Onion - 1 Chopped
  • Curry Leaves
  • Turmeric Powder - 1 Tsp.
  • Crushed Garlic - 3 Tbsps.
  • Coriander Leaves
  • Oil

Preparation:

  • In Pan Add Oil.
  • When Oil Gets Heated Up Add Mustard And Cumin Seeds.
  • Let Then Splutter.
  • Then Add Green Chillies, Onions  With Salt.
  • Saute For 2 Minutes.
  • Then Add Curry Leaves And Turmeric Powder And Saute For More 2 Minutes.
  • When Onions Turns Light Brown Colour, Add Chopped Carrots And Mix Well.
  • Close and Cook For About 5 Minutes.
  • Then Open And Mix Well.
  • Now Add Crushed Garlic. 
  • Note: Add More Garlic To Get Nice Aroma And Superb Taste.
  • Mix Well, Close And Simmer For About 10 Minutes.
  • After 10 Minutes Open Mix And Check If Carrot Is Cooked Well.
  • Then Fry On Medium Flame Till Onions And Carrots Becomes light Golden Colour.
  • Finally Add Chopped Coriander Leaves And Mix Well.
  • That's It Carrot Fry Is Ready To Serve.

  • In Pan Add Oil.

  • Then Fry On Medium Flame Till Onions And Carrots Becomes light Golden Colour.


  • Finally Add Chopped Coriander Leaves And Mix Well.
