- Carrots - 500g
- Mustard Seeds - 1 Tsp.
- Cumin Seeds - 1 Tsp.
- Green Chillies - 5 Chopped
- Onion - 1 Chopped
- Curry Leaves
- Turmeric Powder - 1 Tsp.
- Crushed Garlic - 3 Tbsps.
- Coriander Leaves
- Oil
Preparation:
- In Pan Add Oil.
- When Oil Gets Heated Up Add Mustard And Cumin Seeds.
- Let Then Splutter.
- Then Add Green Chillies, Onions With Salt.
- Saute For 2 Minutes.
- Then Add Curry Leaves And Turmeric Powder And Saute For More 2 Minutes.
- When Onions Turns Light Brown Colour, Add Chopped Carrots And Mix Well.
- Close and Cook For About 5 Minutes.
- Then Open And Mix Well.
- Now Add Crushed Garlic.
- Note: Add More Garlic To Get Nice Aroma And Superb Taste.
- Mix Well, Close And Simmer For About 10 Minutes.

- Then Fry On Medium Flame Till Onions And Carrots Becomes light Golden Colour.
