Idli Pakoda | Idli Pakora - With Detail Photo And Video Recipe. Many Have Heard About Onion Pakora, Aloo Pakora Or Cabbage Pakora. But This Idli Pakora Is One Of The Special Recipe Done With Left Over Idlis. One Can Do This Recipe With Fresh Idlis.
For This Recipe I Crumbled The Idlis And Then Added Onions, Green Chillies, Besan And All Just Like The Onion Pakora Recipe.

Even This Recipe Is One Of The Tasty Recipe Like Onions Pakora. Tasty And Crispy Idli Pakora Goes Well With Green Chutney Or Pakora Alone.

Ingredients:

  • Idlis - 5 or 6
  • Onions - 4 Chopped
  • Green Chillies - 3 Chopped
  • Curry Leaves
  • Coriander leaves
  • Red Chilli Powder - 1
  • Salt - As Required
  • Turmeric Powder - 1 Tsp.
  • Ginger Garlic Paste - 1 Tbsp.

Preparation 

  • Take Idlis And Crumble Idlis
  • Take Bowl And Add The Crumble Idlis, Onions, Green Chillies, Red Chilli Powder, Salt,Turmeric Powder & Ginger Garlic Paste.
  • Mix Everything Very Well & Squeeze Onions.
  • Onions Releases Moisture.
  • If Needed Add Water And Mix Well.
  • Take Small Amount Spread And Drop Into The Hot Oil.
  • Deep The Pakora.
  • Fry Till Golden And Crispy.
  • That's Its Idli Pakora Is Ready To Serve.
