Onion Mint Chutney | Mint Recipe - With Detail Photo And Video Recipe Of Mint ( Pudina ) Chutney. This Recipe Is Healthy As Well As Tasty. There Are Variety Of Mint Chutneys Available but, This Chutney Is One Of The Different And Tasty Chutney Done With Fresh Mint Leaves Without Frying Them. Adding Fresh Mint Leaves Gives Super Smell And Taste To The Chutney.
You Can Check One Of My Other Mint Chutney Like Red Chilli Mint Chutney, This Is One Of The Very Spicy Chutney That We Can Store In Fridge For At least 1 Month. Today Am Sharing Onion Mint Chutney, Which Gives All Flavors Like Onion Sweetness & Mint Smell And Taste. One Can Say This As A Magic Because When Onions Are Raw, They Are Very Pungent Flavor But, When They Are Cooked Their Flavors Turns Into Sweet, Even Savory.

For This I Used Fresh Mint Leaves. Before Cooking Any Leafy Vegetable They Are Thoroughly Washed. Fry The Chopped Onions Till Light Brown Color Then Add Chutney Spices Like Coriander Seeds, Cumin Seeds And Fenugreek Seeds. Tamarind Is Used In This Chutney For Tangy Flavor Instead, Can Add Lemon.
