Chilli Chicken Curry - With Detail Photo And Video Recipe.Chilli Chicken Is One Of The Popular, Tasty & Spicy Chicken Curry In Indian Homes.As The Name Suggests Chilli Chicken Is Done With Less Spice Green Chillies, Blended To Smooth Paste And Seasoned To Curd Marinated Chicken.

In My Chilli Chicken I Marinated The Chicken For About 4 Hours Before Cooking With Curd /Hung, Ginger Garlic Paste, Turmeric Powder & Salt.Marination Makes The Chicken Juicy,Soft And Tender.Marinate The Chicken Atleast For 1 hour If You Want The Curry Fast. One Of The Easy Process And Time Saving Process Is 1st Marinate The Chicken Keep Aside Then Do The Remaining Process Like Grinding The Green Chillies, Chopping Etc.

Ingredients:

Marination Ingredients:


  • Chicken - 500 g
  • Ginger Garlic Paste - 1 Tbsp.
  • Turmeric Powder - 1 1/2 Tsps.
  • Oil - 1 Tbsp.
  • Curd - 180 g
  • Salt

Chilli Paste Ingredients:

  • Light Green Chillies - 50 g
  • Water - 1/2 Cup

Chilli Chicken Ingredients:

  • Oil - 4 to 5 Tbsps.
  • Shahjeera - 1 Tsp.
  • Onions - 2 Big Chopped
  • Curry Leaves
  • Ginger Garlic Paste - 1 Tbsp.
  • Turmeric Powder - 1 Tsp.
  • Kasoori Methi - 1 1/2 Tsps.
  • Coriander Powder - 2 Tsps.
  • Cumin Powder - 1/2 Tsp.
  • Garam Masala Powder - 2 Tsps.
  • Coriander Leaves.

Preparation:

Marination Preparation:

  • Clean Chicken .
  • Then Add All The Marinate Ingredients And Keep Aside Atleast For 1 Hour / Overnight.

Chilli Paste Preparation:

  • In Blender Add Green Chillies With Water And Make Fine Smooth Paste And Keep Aside.

Chilli Chicken Preparation:

  • In Pan Add Oil.
  • When Oil Gets Heated Up Add Shahjeera .
  • When Shahjeera Splutter Add Onions With Salt.
  • Saute For About 2 Minutes.
  • Then Add Green Chilli Paste And Mix Well.
  • Saute For About 3 Minutes.
  • Then Add Curry Leaves, Ginger Garlic Paste & Turmeric Powder And Mix Well.
  • Saute Till All The Water Present In Green Chilli Paste Disappears.
  • Then Add Marinated Chicken And Mix Well.
  • Close And Cook For About 10 Minutes.
  • Chicken Releases Water.
  • Mix Well And Close And Cook Till Chicken Is Cooked Well And All The Water Disappears.
  • Then Add Kasoori Methi, Coriander Powder, Cumin Powder And Garam Masala Powder And Mix Well.
  • Again Close And Simmer For About 10 Minutes.
  • Finally Add Coriander Leaves And Serve Hot.

  • Then Add Marinated Chicken And Mix Well.


  • Close And Cook For About 10 Minutes.

  • Chicken Releases Water.

  • Mix Well And Close And Cook Till Chicken Is Cooked Well And All The Water Disappears.


  • Then Add Kasoori Methi, Coriander Powder, Cumin Powder And Garam Masala Powder And Mix Well.







  • Again Close And Simmer For About 10 Minutes.


  • Finally Add Coriander Leaves And Serve Hot.
