Capsicum Besan Sabzi - With Detail Photo And Video Recipe.Capsicum Is Also Know As Bell Pepper. They Are Many Varieties Of Peppers Available In Market. In This Post Am Sharing The Recipe Of Green Bell Pepper. Capsicum Besan Sabzi Is Simple Lunch Dish With Less Time But Tastes Superb.Usually As This Dish Is A Dry Item, Serving This Dish With Any Other Gravy Or With Any Stew Is A Awesome Combination.

Here I Used Green Bell Peppers / Capsium Cooked With Roasted Gram Flour / Besan. Clean And Chop The Capsium And Cooked With Green Chillies And Onions. When Capsicum Is Cooked Well And Becomes Soft I Added The Spices Along With Roasted Besan.

If One Feel Like Very Dry, Sprinkle Some Water For Moisture.And If One Want More Masala Can Add More Besan.These Two As Per Once Wish.

Detail Procedure Of Capsicum Besan Sabzi

Ingredients:


  • Capsicum - 400 g
  • Besan - 3 Tbsps.
  • Oil - 5 to 6 Tbsps.
  • Mustard Seeds - 1 Tsp.
  • Cumin Seeds - 1 Tsp.
  • Green Chillies - 4 Chopped
  • Onions - 2 Chopped
  • Curry Leaves
  • Ginger Garlic Paste - 1 Tbsp.
  • Turmeric Powder - 1 Tsp.
  • Salt - As Required
  • Red Chilli Powder - 1 Tsp.
  • Coriander Powder - 1 Tsp.
  • Garam Masala powder - 1 Tsp.
  • Coriander Leaves

Preparation:

  • In Pan Add Oil.
  • When Oil Gets Heated Up, Add Mustard Seeds, Cumin Seeds & Green Chillies.
  • Saute For About 1 Minute.
  • When They Splutter, Add Chopped Onions With Salt And Saute Well.
  • Saute Till Onions Turns Light Brown Colour.
  • Then Add Curry Leaves, Ginger Garlic Paste And Turmeric Powder And Mix Well.
  • Then Add Chopped Capsicum With Red Chilli Powder And Mix Well,
  • Close And Cook For About 10 Minutes Or Till The Capsicum Turns Soft And Cooked Well.
  • In The Mean Time, Roast The Gram Flour / Besan On Low Flame Till It Releases Aroma And Changes Colour.
  • Then Check If Capsicum Is Cooked Well And Adjust Salt  If Required And Add Coriander Powder And Garam Masala Powder And Mix Well.
  • Then Add Roasted Gram Flour And Mix Well.
  • Note : If One Want More Masala Gravy Add Extra Spoon of Gram Flour.And If The Curry Is More Dry And Want Some Moisture In The Curry Sprinkle Some Water.
  • Mix Well. Close And Simmer For About 10 Minutes.
  • Finally Add Coriander Leaves And Mix.

  • Then Add Chopped Capsicum With Red Chilli Powder And Mix Well.




  • Close And Cook For About 10 Minutes Or Till The Capsicum Turns Soft And Cooked Well.

  • In The Mean Time, Roast The Gram Flour / Besan On Low Flame Till It Releases Aroma And Changes Colour.




  • Then Check If Capsicum Is Cooked Well And Adjust Salt  If Required And Add Coriander Powder And Garam Masala Powder And Mix Well.









  • Then Add Roasted Gram Flour And Mix Well.



Note : If One Want More Masala Gravy Add Extra Spoon of Gram Flour.And If The Curry Is More Dry And Want Some Moisture In The Curry Sprinkle Some Water.
  • Sprinkle Some Water To Get Moisture.


  • Mix Well. Close And Simmer For About 10 Minutes.

  • Finally Add Coriander Leaves And Mix.


  • Thats It Capsicum Besan Sabzi Is Ready To Serve.
