Ingredients:
- Leftover Idli - 4
- Butter - 1 Tbsp.
- Green Chillies - 4 Chopped
- Onions - 2 Chopped
- Curry Leaves
- Turmeric Powder - 1 Tsp.
- Ginger Garlic Paste - 1 Tbsp.
- Cumin Powder - 1 Tsp.
- Coriander Powder - 1 Tsp.
- Garam Masala Powder - 1 Tsp.
- Tomatoes - 4 Chopped
- Coriander Leaves
- Vinegar - 1 Tbsp.
- Soya Sauce - 2 Tbsps.
- Oil - 3 Tbsps.
Preparation :
- In Pan Add Butter / Oil And Spread.
- Then Add Idlis And Cook Both Sides Till Golden Colour.
- Then Remove And Cut Into Large Pieces( In To 4 )
- In Same Pan Add Oil.
- Then Add Green Chillies And Saute 1 Minute.
- Now Add Chopped Onions With Salt And Saute Well.
- Saute Till It Turns Light Brown Colour.
- Then Add Curry Leaves, Turmeric Powder And Ginger Garlic Paste.
- Mix Well And Saute Well.
- Cook Till Ginger Garlic Paste Leaves Raw Smell.
- Then Add Chopped Tomatoes With Red Chilli Powder And Mix Well.
- Then Add Cumin Powder, Coriander Powder, Garam Masala Powder, Vinegar, Soya Sauce And Water.
- Mix Well And Bring To Boil.
- Then Smash All The Tomatoes To Soft And Mushy.
- Then Add Chopped Fried Idlis And Mix Well.
- Close And Simmer For About 5 Minutes.
- After 5 Minutes Add Chopped Onions And Coriander Leaves And Mix Well.
- Serve Hot Masala Idli.
