Fish Fry Curry Recipe - with detail photo and video recipe. Simple, delicious and classic fresh fish fry curry recipe done with onion-tomato paste. For any non-veg recipe, marination is the must. It makes the non-veg( i.e chicken, mutton and fish ) more juicy, soft and even its easy to cook.Even in this recipe first is to marinate the fish with red chili powder, ginger garlic paste, salt, turmeric powder and rest it at least for 2 hours ( minimum 30 minutes ). This process makes the recipe more tasty and delicious. Many varieties to cook fish fry curry. Complete onion based curry or with onion-tomato based curry or even with only tomato-based fish fry curry. Each will have different taste from others.
Each recipe had its unique taste.M any of the Indians mostly cook the fish in tamarind stew. Even that recipe is different and even taste superb. And its called " Fish Stew Or Fish Pulusu ".

Ingredients:
Marinate Ingredients:
- Fish - 450 g / 5 Pieces
- Red chili powder - 1 tbsp.
- Salt - 1/2 Tbsp
- Ginger Garlic Paste - 1/2 Tbsp.
- Turmeric Powder- 1/4 th tsp.
To Blend:
- Onions - 3 Big
- Green Chillies - 3 Chopped
- Tomatoes - 5 Big
- Tamarind - Lemon Size.
To Cook:
- Oil - 4 Tbsps.
- Green Chillies - 2 chopped
- Curry Leaves
- Turmeric Powder - 1 Tsp.
- Ginger Garlic Paste - 1/2 Tbsp.
- Onion- Green Chilli Paste
- Tomato- Tamarind Paste
- Red Chilli Powder - 1 Tbsp.
- Coriander Powder - 1/2 tsp.
- Garam Masala Powder - 1/2 Tsp.
- Cumin Powder - 1/4th tsp.
- Kasoori Methi Powder - 1/4th Tsp.
- Water - 1/4 th Cup
- Coriander Leaves
Preparation:
Marination Preparation:
- In Bowl Take Clean Fish.
- Then Add Red Chili Powder, Salt, Turmeric Powder, and Ginger Garlic Paste.
- Mix Well And Keep Aside.
To Blend:
- Take Chopped Onions Along With Green Chillies And Blend To Smooth Paste.
- Take Tomatoes and Tamarind. Blend to Smooth Fine.
To Cook:
- In Pan Add Oil.
- Then Add Green Chillies Along With Curry Leaves And Saute For 1 Minute.
- Then Add Turmeric Powder And Ginger Garlic Paste.
- Mix Well And Saute Till It Releases Nice Aroma.
- Then Add Onions- Green Chilli Paste And Saute Well Till The Paste Becomes Thick.
- Then Add Tomato- Tamarind Paste Along with Red Chilli Powder and Mix Well.
- Then The Raw Smell Leaves Add Marinated Fish And Water.
- Slowly Mix.
- Close And Cook For About 5 to 7 Minutes.
- Then Open And Slowly Turn the Fish And Again Close And Cook For More About 5 Minutes.
- That's It Finally Add Chopped Coriander And Serves Hot With Steamed Rice Or Even With CHapathi, Naan, Roti, Dosa.
