Apollo Fish Curry | అపోలో ఫిష్ కర్రీ| Fish Curry Recipe | Special Desi Recipe
Apollo Fish Curry- Absolute delicious, aromatic, and very popular restaurant dish done with freshly grounded masala along with the touch of pepper powder. Apollo fish is one of the preferred food menus when we visit the restaurant because of its taste and nutrition. It is one of the large boneless fish. The specialty of these boneless fillet recipes is prepared of any form like Manchuria, cutlet, fry, curry, or in tamarind sauce.
One order online, or can purchase at the local fish market which is cut into small pieces. For this recipe, firstly clean and wash the boneless fillets very well before cooking or doing marination.
For any non-veg recipe marination is one of the main and first steps for tasty and juice recipes. Marination makes the dish very tasty even the fillets turn juicy and smooth. As the same as chicken marination even for this fish is the same as by adding chili powder, salt, turmeric powder, and ginger-garlic paste. But, for any other fish the marination will differ according to the fish type. For apollo fish simple marination is enough for the perfect outcome.
Finally, I want to highlight some of my recipes like,
