No onion, No Garlic Paneer Curry - with detailed ingredient recipe. Tasty, spicy, creamy, and delicious paneer curry without onion and garlic and done with sendha namak. If the sendha namak is not available one can use normal salt.
Usually, during Vrat time we prefer to have no onion, no garlic recipes with sendha namak. This is the perfect recipe during the Vrat time when we fast for a whole day. This recipe contains full of protein and balances the body and gives strength to work normally on the next day.
Creamy, Tangy, and a spiced satvik paneer recipe made without onion and garlic in tomato cashew gravy. For this recipe, I used a paneer cut into cubes and grated paneer. Using of grated paneer into the gravy helps to thicken the gravy as well as it makes it good for the paneer haters to eat it.

Ingredients:
Gravy Ingredients:
- oil - 2 Tbsps.
- Cloves - 6
- Cardamom - 3
- Shahjeera - 1 Tsp.
- Cinnamon - 1 Inch
- Tomatoes - 8
- Kashmiri Chillies - 2
Paneer Curry Ingredients:
- Butter - 1 Cube Or 2 Tbsps. of melted butter
- Oil - 2 Tbsps.
- Bay Leaves -2
- Cumin Seeds - 1/2 Tbsp.
- Green Chillies - 3
- Ripe Red Chillies - 1
- Finely Chopped Ginger - 2 Tbsps.
- Curry Leaves
- Turmeric Powder - 1/4th Tsp.
- Coriander Seeds Powder - 1/2 Tbsp.
- Garam Masala Powder - 1 1/2 Tsp.
- Kasoori Methi - 1 Tbsp.
- Coriander Leaves
- Fresh Cream - 2 Tbsps.
Preparation:
- In pan add oil, cloves, cardamom, cinnamon, shah jeera and saute for about 1 minute.
- Then add chopped tomatoes and cook till the tomatoes become soft.
- When done remove and keep aside till it becomes cool completely.
- When cool completely, add to blender, and blend to smooth paste.
- In a pan add butter and oil, When butter melts add cumin seeds.
- Then add green chilies, ripe red chilies, curry leaves, and finely chopped ginger.
- Saute well till it releases aroma.
- When it releases aroma, add kasoori methi and turmeric powder.
- Mix well and cook well.
- When done add blended tomato gravy and gram masala powder and mix well.
- Cook for about 1 Minute then add paneer cubes and grated paneer and mix well.
- Now close and simmer for about 15 minutes. ( Stir In-Between )
- After 15 Minutes, add fresh cream along with kasoori methi and coriander leaves.
- Mix well and serve hot with chapati/roti / plain rice / bagara rice and enjoy.
