Boiled Egg Omelette -Boiled egg omelet is one of the perfect protein-rich breakfast.  As everyone knows the egg is an excellent source of high-quality protein and rich in vitamin B, zinc, calcium, and important nutrients. Having eggs in any form or variety is good for your health. Eggs can provide a number of health benefits like strong muscles, effective functioning of the nervous system, provides a healthy immune system.

They are different omelet recipes, this is one of the rich and tasty egg recipe. For this recipe, we need finely chopped onions, green chilies, and coriander leaves. One can add as many onions as they want to the omelet base.

Finally, I want to highlight one of my omelet recipe with potatoes and onions.

Ingredients

  • Boiled Eggs - 2
  • Eggs - 3
  • Salt - 1 Tsp.
  • Crushed Black Pepper - 1/2 Tbsp.
  • Ginger Garlic Paste - 1/2 Tbsp.
  • Onion - 1
  • Green Chillies - 2
  • Coriander Leaves
  • Oil - 3 Tbsps.
  • Red Chilli Powder - To Sprinkle 1 Tsp.
  • Crushed Black Pepper - To Sprinkle 1 Tsp.
  • Coriander Leaves - To Sprinkle
Preparation:

  • Firstly boil eggs and cut round and keep aside.
  • In a bowl of 3 eggs, add salt, ginger garlic paste, crushed pepper, coriander leaves, onions, and green chilies.
  • Beat and mix well.
  • In a pan add oil and spread to the whole pan.
  • Now pour the omelet mixture into the pan and spread equally.
  • Now slowly put roundly cut boiled eggs pieces on top of the omelet and then sprinkle red chili powder, crushed pepper, coriander leaves.
  • Now close and cook for about 10 minutes.
  • Open and turn slowly the omelet to the other side.
  • Again close and cook for about 5 minutes.
  • After 5 minutes, cooked well, and serve hot and enjoy.
