Chicken wings are one of the most loved and popular snacks around. While most chicken lovers cannot ever resist, it is a bucket of hot and crispy chicken wings. And another variety that comes with hot, spicy, crunchy chicken is buffalo chicken wings. When we don't get the chicken wings, and we desparetly want to have the same taste then chicken shots are the best option to go with.
In this post, we share buffalo chicken shots done with boneless chicken without compromising the taste. Buffalo chicken shots are one of the crunchy, fiery fried chicken sauteed in spices and sauces.
For this recipe firstly clean the chicken and then soak the cleaned chicken in saltwater for about 15 to 30 minutes. Then marinate the chicken with the required ingredient and rest it for about 1 hour overnight. The process of soaking the chicken in salt water and then marinating the chicken with masala gives the very soft, tender, tasty, and juicy chicken.

Marination Ingredients:
- Boneless Chicken - 280 g
- Black Pepper Powder - 1/2 Tbsp.
- Salt - 1 Tsp. ( As Required )
- Soya Sauce - 1 Tbsp.
- Chopped Garlic - 1 Tbsp.
- Chilli Flakes - 1/2 Tbsp.
- Egg White - 1 Egg White
- Corn Flour - 2 Tbsps.
Coating Ingredients:
- Rice Flour - 4 Tbsps.
- Corn Flour - 2 Tbsps.
- Salt - 1 Tsp. ( As Required )
- Chilli Flakes - 1 Tsp.
- Oil - Deep Fry
- Butter - 2 Cubes
- Chopped Garlic - 1 Tbsp.
- Hot Sauce - 6 Tbsps. 1/2 Cup
- Tomato Sauce - 1 Tbsp.
- Water - 1/4th Cup
- Spring Onions - 3 Tbsps.
Preparation:
- Firstly clean the chicken and soak in salt water for about 10 minutes.
- Then add marinate the chicken with marinade ingredients and rest it for at least 1 hour or overnight.
- On the plate add rice flour along with cornflour, salt, and chili flakes and mix well.
- After 1 hour or overnight, add the egg white, cornflour, and mix well.
- Coak the chicken pieces with rice flour and cornflour mixture and deep fry.
- When it turns light golden color remove and rest 5 minutes.
- After 5 minutes, deep fry again till it changes golden brown color and remove.
- In another pan add butter along with chopped garlic and mix well.
- When the garlic releases aroma, add the hot sauce along with tomato sauce and mix well.
- Saute well till it releases aroma, then add water and mix well.
- Saute well till it releases aroma, then add fried chicken along with spring onions and mix well on high flame.
- Saute well till the sauce coat all the chicken pieces and remove and serve hot and enjoy.
