- Sweet Corn - 1 Cup
- Salt - As Required
- Green Chillies - 3
- Ginger - 1 Tbsp.
- Garlic - 5 to 6 CLoves
- Curry Leaves
- Coriander leaves
- Onion - 1 Big
- Gram Flour - 1/2 Cup
- Water - As Required
Preparation:
- Grind corn kernels along with salt to smooth the paste.
- Combine the corn paste with green chilies, chopped ginger, garlic, curry leaves, coriander leaves, onions, and gram flour. Mix well.
- Add water gradually to achieve a pourable batter consistency, similar to traditional dosa batter.
- Now heat the pan, then sprinkle water and rub with onion.
- Now pour a ladleful of batter onto the tawa and spread it in a circular motion to form a dosa.
- Close the dosa for 2 minutes and cook on low flame.
- Remove the lid and cook on medium flame.
- Drizzle a few drops of oil or ghee around the edges. Cook until the edges start to lift and the bottom turns golden brown.
- Cook on the other side for a few seconds by adding oil.
- Corn dosa is ready to serve.
- Serve hot with chutneys like coconut chutney, peanut chutney, green chutney, or sambar, and enjoy.
