Corn dosa is a delightful twist on the traditional dosa, offering a blend or sweet corn flavor and a crispy texture, making it a nutritious and tasty option for breakfast or snacks. This golden, crispy delight combines the natural sweetness of corn with the classic elements of dosa, resulting in a dish that is both nutritious and bursting with flavor.

The primary ingredient is fresh corn kernels, which are blended into a smooth paste. This paste is then mixed with gram flour to provide structure and crispiness. Green chilies, ginger, garlic, herbs, and spices are added for a subtle kick with a pinch of salt that rounds out the flavor.

Corn dosa is best served hot with a variety of chutneys such as coconut chutney, peanut chutney, green chutney, or traditional sambar. Its unique taste and texture make it a versatile dish suitable for breakfast, snacks, or even a light meal.
