Ulli Karam Egg Dosa - With Detail Photo And Video Recipe. This Is One Of The Variety Breakfast Done With Egg & Dosa Batter.Ulli Karam / Onion Karam / Onion Chutney Is One The Popular Recipe Done With Onions, Red Chillies And Garlic. And It Is One The Famous Street Food.

Usually It Is Prepared Separately. But, In My Recipe I Combined The Karam With Egg On Dosa And Rolled. For Sure It Will Become Your Kids Favorite Recipe For Breakfast. The Prepared Karam Can Be Refrigerate For About 3 to 4 Days. It Is One Of The Easy Recipe, Because One Can Prepare The Dosa Batter And Ulli Karam Overnight And Can Prepare In The Next Morning.

For This Recipe I Prepared Ulli Karam. Then On Dosa Firstly I Layered With Ulli Karam, Then With Egg, Salt & Coriander Leaves. Roasted on Both Sides And Then Rolled.

Ulli Karam Ingredients:

  • Onions - 2 Medium Size
  • Dry Red Chillies - 9
  • Garlic Cloves - 15
  • Salt - As Required
  • Water - 1/2 Cup

Ulli Karam Egg Dosa Ingredients:

  • Eggs - 4
  • Salt
  • Dosa Batter
  • Coriander Leaves

Preparation:

Ulli Karam Preparation:

  • Firstly Clean And Soak The Dry Red Chillies In Hot Water
  • In Blender Add Chopped Onion.
  • Remove Water And Add Red Chillies
  • Garlic Cloves With Salt.
  • Blend Coarsely Then Add Water.
  • Blend To Fine Paste.

Ulli Karam Egg Dosa Recipe:

  • On Dosa Pan, Wipe With Chopped Onion.
  • Take Dosa Batter And Spread Evenly.
  • Sit For 1 Minutes.
  • Now Spread Ulli Karam On Dosa.
  • Sit For 1 More Minute.
  • Then Break Egg And Spread Evenly All Over The Dosa.
  • Sprinkle Salt As Required.
  • Add Chopped Coriander Leaves.
  • Add Oil Rest It For Some Time.
  • Golden Roast.
  • Flip Over To Another Side And Cook For More 1 Minute.
  • Again Flip To Another Side And Cook Well.
  • Now Roll The Dosa And Serve Hot With Spicy Ulli Karam / Onion chutney / Onion Karam.

Notes :

  • Before Preparing Ulli Karam, Soak Dry Red Chillies In Hot Water For About 15 - 30 Minutes.
  • If You Want Add Tempering To The Ulli Karam.
  • Don't Over Roast Dosa.
  • Careful While Rolling The Dosa.
