Steamed Egg Curry | Bhapa Dimer Korma - with detailed ingredient recipe.Tasty and delicious egg recipe. Are u bored or dislike of paneer, try this recipe which just looks like paneer and tastes super. As everyone knows the egg is an excellent source of high-quality protein and rich in vitamins b, zinc, calcium, and important nutrients.Like the same the hard-boiled eggs are low-calorie, nutrient-rich food which is easily digestible.
For this recipe, I used steamed egg mixture mixed with salt and milk. Here milk is optional, milk is used to make the steamed egg more spongy and holes/air gaps. These holes are used to fill the gravy masala into the steamed eggs. This makes the steamed eggs tastier and as well as the gravy tastier.
For this recipe firstly steam the egg mixture.remove and chop into cubes. Then blend the masala by cooking tomatoes. Most of the gravy comes from onions and tomatoes. This recipe goes well either with chapati, naan, roti or even with plain rice.

Ingredients:
Steamed Egg Ingredients:
- Eggs - 4
- Salt - 1 Tsp.
- Milk - 1/4th Tsp.
Masala Ingredients:
- Dry Coconut - 1/4th Cup
- Cloves - 8
- Cardamom - 3
- Cinnamon - 1 Inch
- Shahjeera - 1 Tsp.
- Kashmiri Chillies - 2
Cooking Steamed Egg Curry Ingredients:
- Oil - 3 Tbsps.
- Cumin Seeds - 1 Tsp.
- Mustard Seeds - 1 Tsp.
- Onions - 4
- Ginger Garlic Paste - 1 Tbsp.
- Turmeric Powder - 1/4th Tsp.
- Kasoori Methi - 1/2 Tbsp.
- Tomatoes - 6
- Red Chilli Powder - 1 1/2 tbsp.
- Roasted Coriander Seeds Powder - 1/2 tbsp.
- Coriander Leaves
Preparation:
Steamed Egg Preparation:
- In a bowl add eggs, salt, and milk.
- Beat and whisk the eggs until everything is mixed well.
- Now pour the mixture into the greased bowl and steamed for about 10 minutes.
- After 10 minutes, when the it got cool completely cut into cubes and keep aside.
Masala Preparation:
- In a pan add dry coconut along with oil.
- Roast for about 5 minutes, then add all the masala ingredients and saute till it releases aroma.
- Now add tomatoes and cook till the tomatoes become soft.
- When it becomes cool remove and blend to smooth paste.
Steamed Egg Curry:
- In a pan add oil, mustard, and cumin seeds.
- When seeds splutter, add onions along with salt and mix well.
- Saute till the onions become brown color.
- Now add turmeric powder, kasoori methi, and ginger garlic paste.
- Mix well and saute till it releases aroma.
- Now add the masala puree along with red chilies powder and coriander seeds powder and mix well.
- Bring to boil. When it becomes boil add steamed eggs along with salt and mix well.
- Close and simmer for about 15 minutes.
- Finally, add coriander leaves and serve hot.
