Mango Banana Smoothie
Mango banana smoothie is one of the delicious, quick, easy, and healthy nutritious breakfast. Ofcourse smoothies itself are fantastic at any time inbetween meals, after meals or instead of meals. The creamy, thick, fruity smoothie combine with milk and dry fruits is the perfect food for any age.
Ingredients:
- Frozen Ripe Mangoes - 2
- Frozen Banana - 1
- Milk - 1/2 Cup
- Hung Curd - 1/2 Cup
- Mishri Powder - 1 Tbsp.
- Dry Fruits - As Per Availability
Preparation:
- In a blender add frozen mango, frozen banana, milk, hung curd, and mishri powder.
- Blend smooth.
- Now, serve chill with mango pieces and dry fruits on top and enjoy.
Mango Chaat
Everyone's favorite and know term "Chaat " Walk around any street we will find vendors lined with a variety of chaat preparation like aloo chaat, dahi bhalla chaat, papdi chaat, etc. These chaats are very easy to prepare and loved by many. The ingredients used in this chaat are unique with mixed flavors. One among the chaat is mango chaat done with raw mango or with ripe mango. To balance the mixed flavor mango chaat is done with peanut chikki along with spices and herbs. This khatta Metha mango chaat makes us eat again and again with all the flavors.
Ingredients:
- Totapuri Ripe Mango - 1
- Peanut Chikki - 4
- Mint Leaves - 2 Tbsps.
- Coriander Leaves - 2 Tbsps.
- Salt - 1/2 Tsp.
- Chaat Masala - 1 Tsp.
- Red Chilli Powder - 1 Tsp.
- Sugar - 1 Tbsp.
Preparation:
- Firstly crush the peanut chikkis
- Then in a bowl add chopped totapuri mango pieces along with crushed peanut chikki, salt, mint leaves, coriander leaves, salt, chaat masala, chili powder, and sugar.
- Mix well and serve with peanut chikki, mango pieces, and mint leaves on top and enjoy.
Mango Sago Kheer
Mango sago kheer is one of the delicious, tasty recipes done with mangoes and sago. Kheer is the most loved Indian dessert. Usually, we use to prepare sago kheer during festivals and mostly at fasting time. When you bored with regular sabudana kheer and when the mango season is up, try this delicious, fruity, and thick mango sago kheer mixed with healthy dry fruits.
- Ripe Mangoes - 2
- Sago - 1/4th Cup
- Milk - 1 Cup
- Sago Water - 1/2 Cup
- Mango Pieces - 1/2 Cup
- Cardamom - 5
- Sugar - 1/4th Cup
- Dry Fruits - As Availability and As Per Choice
Preparation:
- In a bowl rinse and soak the sago for about 20 minutes.
- Then boil and cook the sago, till it becomes translucent.
- When done strain the excess water from the sago and rinse with cool water and strain all the water.
- Take the cooked sago in another bowl.
- Now blend the ripe mangoes along with milk, sago water, cardamom, and sugar.
- Add this smoothie to the cooked sago and mix well.
- Serve chill with mango pieces, dry fruits on top, and enjoy.
