Mutton is tough and strong flavored meat that needs to be marinated and cooked well to bring out its unique taste. Keema is nothing but minced meat. In this post, I used mutton keema with little smart work. two in one recipe, single preparation but two dishes. One mutton keema rice and another is the curry for roti or chapati

For this recipe, firstly soak the mutton keema in salt water for about 10 minutes and then marinate the keema with ginger garlic paste, turmeric, red chili powder, and salt. Marinating brings taste and tenderness to the mutton. We usually use spices like cloves, cardamom, cinnamon, shahjeera, coriander powder, mace, and nutmeg in mutton recipes to enhance the flavor of the meat. A marinade is a mix of spices used to flavor ad tenderize the meat. This step is considered the most important step while cooking any meat recipes especially mutton recipes.

One of the most popular ways to serve keema is as dry curry usually served with naan or chapati. Or it even can be cooked to make kebabs, samosas, or the mutton keema biryani. The above all is the time taking process. Keema is basically minced meat, which takes less time to cook. To make the dish easy, we cook the rice fully and mix it with the keema masala. It is just a different kind of rice variety which is quite easy to cook and tastes simply super.

Finally, I want to highlight some of my mutton recipes like,
