All the street food lovers want to explore the flavors of street food without moving out of your home? Then check out this spicy wrap or a roll of Mushroom Baby Corn Frankie with veggies, chutney, masala, and a lot of things to satiate your taste buds.
Frankie rolls are a popular street-style snack, made out of maida and atta. To make the roll a bit healthy here the Frankie roll is done with wheat flour.
With this mushroom baby corn Frankie recipe, you can make the street style taste Frankie at home. To make this roll, firstly knead a soft dough. Here the recipe is done with whole wheat flour for healthy homemade Frankie but, to get the very soft dough, you need to do with some maida and oil and that is completely optional. Even the whole wheat dough Frankie roti can also be soft but not too soft. The taste of the recipe will be the same as the maida Frankie roti.
Then make the green chutney and the Frankie masala. For the green chutney, clean coriander leaves, mint leaves, and green chilies. Then blend them along with garlic cloves, salt, and lemon juice. And for the Frankie masala, mix all the masala ingredients like chili powder, salt, chaat masala, black salt, and coriander powder and mix well.
For any Frankie recipe, the roti is cooked on medium heat, and then crack an egg once it is almost done, spread the mixture, top with onions slices, green chutney, and Frankie masala. But this recipe is nonveg-free Frankie, so we didn't add egg and directly added with green chutney, onions, and Frankie masala. If one wants to enjoy with egg, can add an egg to the roti and cook till it is done.
