Chana Dal Poori - with detail photo and video recipe. " Poori " Indians all-time favorite recipes. Many varieties of pooris are there. Poori is one of the travel-friendly recipes for the people who scare outside food. The shell time for poori is almost 10 to 15 days. When that plain poori is done with something excited and tasty, it's more than required for a safe journey.

Here in this post am sharing chana dal poori which doesn't require any curry to accompany. For this recipe firstly wash and soak the chana dal for about 8 hours. Then the dal is blended with mild spices for taste and mixed with wheat flour. Instead of wheat flour, one can use either poori flour or the all-purpose flour. To make the recipe a bit healthy I used wheat flour and added fenugreek leaves, Coriander Leaves and Curry leaves.

Check out my other travel-friendly recipe of poor version.

Another Travel-Friendly recipe in poori. Most of the South Indian used to prepare this recipe for short journeys to chew while traveling or even as there breakfast. When one to spice up the journey try this masala poori which is hot and tasty.
