  • Daliya | Broken Wheat Rava - 1 Cup
  • Sprouted Green Gram - 1 Cup
  • Oil - 4 Tbsps.
  • Mustard Seeds - 1 Tsp
  • Cumin Seeds - 1 Tsp.
  • Onion - 1 Big Chopped
  • Green Chillies - 3 Chopped
  • Curry Leaves
  • Turmeric Powder - 1 Tsp.
  • Ginger Garlic Paste - 1/2 Tbsp.
  • Salt - As Required.
  • Water - 2 Cups
  • Coriander Leaves.

Preparation:

  • In Pan Add Oil.
  • When Oil Gets Heated Up, Add Mustard Seeds And Cumin Seeds.
  • When Mustard Seeds Splutter, Add Onions With Salt.
  • Saute For About 1 Minute.
  • Then Add Green Chillies And Saute For About 2 Minutes.
  • Then Add Curry Leaves, Turmeric Powder, And Ginger Garlic Paste.
  • Mix Well And Saute Till GInger Garlic Paste Leaves Raw Smell.
  • When Onion Turns Light Brown Colour.
  • Now Add Sprouted Green Gram And Saute 5 minutes.
  • Cook Sprouts Of 40 Percent.
  • Then Add Water And Bring To Boil.
  • In The Mean Time.In Other Pan Add Daliya With Oil.
  • Roast Well On Medium Flame, Till It Turns Aromatic And Changes Colour.
  • Then Remove And Add to Boiling Water And Mix Well.
  • Close And Cook For About 5 Minutes.
  • Then Open And Mix Once.
  • Again Close And Cook Till Water Gets Absorbs And Till Daliya Is Cooked Well.
  • Finally, Add Coriander Leaves And Mix Well.
  • That's It Sprouted Green Gram Daliya Is Ready To Serve.

  • Roast Well On Medium Flame, Till It Turns Aromatic And Changes Colour.



  • Then Remove And Add to Boiling Water And Mix Well.





  • Close And Cook For About 5 Minutes.

  • Then Open And Mix Once.

  • Again Close And Cook Till Water Gets Absorbs And Till Daliya Is Cooked Well.

  • Finally, Add Coriander Leaves And Mix Well.
