- Daliya | Broken Wheat Rava - 1 Cup
- Sprouted Green Gram - 1 Cup
- Oil - 4 Tbsps.
- Mustard Seeds - 1 Tsp
- Cumin Seeds - 1 Tsp.
- Onion - 1 Big Chopped
- Green Chillies - 3 Chopped
- Curry Leaves
- Turmeric Powder - 1 Tsp.
- Ginger Garlic Paste - 1/2 Tbsp.
- Salt - As Required.
- Water - 2 Cups
- Coriander Leaves.
Preparation:
- In Pan Add Oil.
- When Oil Gets Heated Up, Add Mustard Seeds And Cumin Seeds.
- When Mustard Seeds Splutter, Add Onions With Salt.
- Saute For About 1 Minute.
- Then Add Green Chillies And Saute For About 2 Minutes.
- Then Add Curry Leaves, Turmeric Powder, And Ginger Garlic Paste.
- Mix Well And Saute Till GInger Garlic Paste Leaves Raw Smell.
- When Onion Turns Light Brown Colour.
- Now Add Sprouted Green Gram And Saute 5 minutes.
- Cook Sprouts Of 40 Percent.
- Then Add Water And Bring To Boil.
- In The Mean Time.In Other Pan Add Daliya With Oil.
- Roast Well On Medium Flame, Till It Turns Aromatic And Changes Colour.
- Then Remove And Add to Boiling Water And Mix Well.
- Close And Cook For About 5 Minutes.
- Then Open And Mix Once.
- Again Close And Cook Till Water Gets Absorbs And Till Daliya Is Cooked Well.
- Finally, Add Coriander Leaves And Mix Well.
