Peanuts, also known as groundnuts are nutritious legumes found all over the world. They can be used for direct consumption, or in food preparations, or deep fry, making peanut flour, or in preparation of peanut butter. Today is about Deliciously crunchy and nutty, peanuts even make an amazing snack any time of the year. Either it is cool and breezy weather or hot summer movie time. Roast them, fry them, and add them to just about anything. For this recipe firstly coat the masala with peanuts. Here I used 3 different flour to make the peanuts more crispy to munch. For this, I used besan, cornflour, and rice flour. Mix the flour with all the masala and add this to the peanuts. Firstly coat the peanut with masala by adding the water, then rest the peanuts for about 5 minutes. Then again add the rice flour or the cornflour and mix without adding the water. This step is essential as it makes the peanuts nonstick from others and separates the peanuts from touching each other. This is one of the best ways to prepare masala roasted peanuts just as the haldiram's style.
