These flavourful chicken keema fritters are a delicious snack or appetizer made from minced chicken mixed with aromatic spices like cinnamon, cloves, cardamom, and shahijeera and enhanced with ginger garlic paste, red chilli powder, and turmeric powder, these fritters are gluten-free and shalllow-fried with minimal oil for a crispy exterior and tender interior. This fritter can be a side dish with rasam, dal, or with any flavored rice. And it can also be seasoned and can also be served as a gravy.

Here in this recipe, I seasoned the fritters with basic tadka with cumin seeds, onions, ginger garlic paste, red chili powder, and garam masala. Finely toss fritters till the masala is perfectly coated to all the fritters and then add chopped coriander leaves.
