As We Are Fond Of Many Tastes And Variety, We Prepare Eggs Is Different Delicious Dishes.With Boiled Eggs One Can Do

For this Egg Curry Firstly Boil Eggs With Less Salt.Cook On High Flame Till The Water Gets Boil Then Turn The Flame To Medium And Cook For About 15 Mins For Perfect Boiled Eggs.

In This Recipe I Used Finely Chopped Onions And Tomatoes And Cooked Very Very Well till The Oil Releases.Frying The Boiled Eggs Is The First Process in Cook The Egg Masala Curry.

Ingredients:

  • Boiled Eggs - 6
  • Green Chillies - 4 Chopped
  • Onions - 4 Chopped
  • Tomatoes - 4 Medium Size Chopped
  • Curry Leaves
  • Turmeric Powder - 1 Tsp.
  • Ginger Garlic Paste - 1 Tbsp.
  • Red Chilli Powder - 1 Tbsp
  • Salt - As required
  • Cumin Powder - 1 Tsp.
  • Coriander Powder - 1 1/2 Tsps.
  • Garam Masala Powder - 1 1/2 Tsp.
  • Kasoori Methi - 1 1/2 Tsps.
  • Coriander Leaves

Preparation:

  • In Pan Add Oil.
  • Add Boiled Eggs By Making Vertical Slits.
  • Then Add Red Chilli Powder And Salt.
  • Fry Till It Becomes Golden Colour.
  • Now Remove And Keep Aside.
  • In The Same Pan Add Green Chillies, Onions With Salt.
  • Saute 2 Minutes.
  • Then Add Curry Leaves, Turmeric Powder & Ginger Garlic Paste.
  • Saute Till All The Raw Smell Goes Away.
  • Then Add Chopped Tomatoes, Red Chilli Powder, Cumin Powder And Coriander Powder.
  • Mix Well.
  • Close And Cook For About 10 Minutes Or Till All The Tomatoes Are Cooked ( Soft & Mushy )
  • Then Open And Add Garam Masala Powder & Kasoori Methi.
  • Mix Well, Then Add Fried Eggs And Mix Well.
  • Add Water If Needed And Mix Well.
  • Close And Simmer For About 10 minutes.
  • Releases Oil.
  • Mix Well And Add Coriander Leaves.
  • That's it Boiled Egg Masala Curry Is Ready To Serve.

  • Close And Cook For About 10 Minutes Or Till All The Tomatoes Are Cooked ( Soft & Mushy )


  • Then Open And Add Garam Masala Powder & Kasoori Methi.




  • Mix Well, Then Add Fried Eggs And Mix Well.

  • Add Water If Needed And Mix Well.


  • Close And Simmer For About 10 minutes.

  • Releases Oil.

  • Mix Well And Add Coriander Leaves.
